The following project in Brookline, MA transformed an existing single family house into a multifamily home. The existing structure was lifted and moved inwards from its original position on the edge of the parcel. The lot was later split in two. While one half of the land was sold, this half now hosts a beautiful two-family home in the heart of Brookline. #drtarchitects
