It’s a very happy Monday when we get to unpack samples all the way from Denmark!
Petersen Tegl is a Danish brickworks that has been mastering the art of firing brick with coal since 1971 and we are looking over some of their material for an upcoming project. In this case, we are implementing a Rainscreen Facade System. This is the most efficient cladding system for construction envelopes. While poor facade insulation causes significant energy loss, the air cavity provided by the Rainscreen Facade creates an extra layer of insulation that prevents this energy loss tremendously.
