League School of Greater Boston Campus Expansion

DRT was engaged by a prestigious educational institution to design an expansion for their existing 20-unit dormitory facility on campus. In response to the school’s need for additional student housing, a property was purchased across the street.

Our task was to provide early concept and schematic designs to determine the expansion possibilities. Through careful analysis of the acquired property and close collaboration with stakeholders, our objective was to create a seamless integration of a vibrant, inclusive, and comfortable living space into the campus environment.

Our goal was to create a living space that reflects the institution’s values and provides an exceptional environment for students to thrive. In the end, we delivered a comprehensive final design proposal, incorporating feedback and considering factors such as student capacity, functional layouts, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The completed expansion was created meet the growing student housing demands and enhance the overall campus experience. We are beyond proud to add this campus dormitory expansion project to our portfolio, leveraging our expertise in innovative design, sustainability, and collaborative approach.
