The Gatsby Condominiums

This 72,000 sq. ft., 54-unit residential building exudes a timeless New England charm, standing as a centerpiece in one of the most rapidly developing downtown areas outside of Boston. Its brick and limestone detailing sets it apart from the surrounding wave of modern developments. The greatest design challenge was managing the significant grade difference between the front and rear, ensuring seamless access to the parking garage from the rear street.
