This new construction project introduces a five-story mixed-use building featuring 50 residential units above three ground-floor commercial spaces, supported by parking in the basement level. The exterior incorporates a contemporary blend of fiber cement panels, light-toned masonry, and expansive glazing that emphasized the building’s corner presence and enhances visibility along the surrounding streets. The active commercial frontage strengthens the pedestrian experience and contributes to the neighborhood’s continued growth.

A landscaped central courtyard serves as an amenity for residents, bringing natural light and outdoor space to the interior of the building. The primary design challenge involved accommodating a dense program on a compact urban site while balancing storefront transparency, residential privacy, and efficient circulation. The resulting development delivers modern housing and neighborhood-serving commercial uses in a cohesive architectural composition that aligns with Everett’s evolving urban character.
