This 8,000-square-foot multifamily development in Roslindale introduces new residential units through a design that balances contemporary living with the surrounding neighborhood context. Located on a prominent corner site, the building’s massing and window rhythm respond to the scale and proportions of nearby residential structures while maintaining a clean, contemporary architectural expression. The exterior palette is intentionally restrained, allowing the building’s proportions and detailing to contribute to a cohesive and timeless streetscape.
Inside, open-concept layouts and large windows bring natural light into the primary living spaces, creating bright and efficient homes suited for modern urban living. Durable finishes and carefully considered unit layouts prioritize both comfort and long-term functionality. The project also incorporates four off-street parking spaces, thoughtfully integrated into the site to support residents while maintaining a pedestrian-friendly street presence.
