SCOPE

New Construction

SQUARE FOOTAGE

60,000 SF

STATUS

Completed

The Albion

This new 24-unit multi-family residential building introduces a refined, neighborhood-scaled presence within Wellesley’s traditional suburban fabric. The architecture draws from classic New England forms, expressed through gabled rooflines, a varied mix of clapboard and shingle-style siding, and stone accents that anchor the ground level. Large windows and covered entry porches enhance the building’s residential character while providing a welcoming streetscape approach.

Site planning played a central role in shaping the project, organizing vehicular circulation and parking, addressing grade changes, and preserving opportunities for landscaped buffers and green space. The result is a thoughtfully integrated development that balances contemporary living needs with the community’s established architectural rhythm.
