This multi-family project is located on a compact site that required variances. We successfully collaborated with the city authorities and neighboring stakeholders to develop a scheme that satisfies all parties involved.

Despite the site’s limitations, we optimized space utilization and incorporated thoughtful design elements to create functional and comfortable living spaces. Our goal was to deliver a well-designed, compact housing development that integrated harmoniously with the surrounding environment.
