This project entails the subdivision of a lot and the relocation of an existing Colonial Revival home (c. 1863), accompanied by a full gut renovation. The restored house is divided into two units, each offering six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garage, private patios, and decks. The primary goal was to preserve the historic charm of the home while incorporating modern living standards, including open floor plans and high ceilings.
