Nick Landry, Principal Architect and Founder of DRT, holds a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University, where he developed a strong foundation in design, technical execution, and urban context. His experience working with leading firms and institutions in Boston, combined with over two decades living in South Boston, has given him a deep, firsthand understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, development landscape, and approval processes.
In 2012, Nick founded Design Resource Team with a vision to deliver thoughtful, well-executed architecture across both residential and commercial projects. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a respected practice known for its ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining a high level of design quality.
Nick leads the studio with a hands-on approach, guiding projects from early concept through construction while maintaining close collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams. His work emphasizes clarity, constructability, and design integrity, ensuring that each project is both visually compelling and successfully realized.
As a leader, Nick fosters a collaborative and mentorship-driven studio culture, supporting the growth of the team while setting a clear standard for quality and performance across the firm.
