Our project at 85 Centre Street entailed the new construction of eight units in the historic Roxbury neighborhood. Each unit features open-concept floor plans, private outdoor spaces, and large windows that invite abundant natural light. The modern design draws inspiration from the surrounding traditional homes, ensuring that the development harmonizes with its historic context; the primary challenge was creating a building that would satisfy both the community and the town while enhancing the area’s character.
