This project involves the renovation of a 72,500-square-foot storage facility, converting it into a state-of-the-art indoor cannabis cultivation and manufacturing center. The architectural design is tailored to the unique demands of cannabis production, featuring controlled environmental zones, research and development areas, offices, and dedicated manufacturing spaces. The biggest challenge was coordinating the numerous trades and consultants required for a project of this scale to ensure seamless and compliant operations from cultivation to production.
